We're excited to announce the travel details for the upcoming U19 Boys team trip.

Please mark your calendars with the following information:

Travel Dates:

• Departure: Friday, May 31st, at 11:25 am from Queenstown.
• Return: Tuesday, June 3rd, at 3:20 pm.

Travel Requirements:

• It's mandatory for all players to travel and stay with the team for the duration of the trip.

Cost Coverage:

• Volley South will cover the costs of the staff, as per the contribution outlined in the budget.

Fundraisers: We have two ongoing fundraisers:

1. Social Media Fundraiser: $465 raised so far.
2. Raffle Card: $860 raised. This can also be promoted on social media or printed off for wider participation. You're encouraged to engage in fundraising activities as you see fit. Additionally, applying to your IWI, schools, etc., for support is welcomed.

Player Expenses: Each of the 10 players will contribute $948.26. This covers:

• Full buffet-style dinner each night (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday).
• Full cooked and continental breakfast each morning (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday).
• Proper Hotel beds
• Packed lunch each day (Saturday, Sunday, Monday).
• Laundry services.
• First aid supplies.
• Flights.
