• Flights (Queenstown ↔ Auckland fully flexible only ): $337 estimate 

• Public transport (Auckland Airport → Hamilton): $60

• Accommodation (5 nights at a school): $325

Meals (5 days): $275

• Breakfast at school: $75 from 630 am

• Packed lunch (prepared at school): $75 get at breakfast to take daily

• Dinner at school: $125 from 7pm 

• Court snacks ($10/day): $50

• Local transport ( to/from courts): $25 per person for 5 days *

• Update*- The school has given us minivans at $150 a day per van for 5 days- we will try to fundraise this cost 

  • Note: A minivan hire (with insurance and fuel) is over $2,000, so it’s cheaper to bus to Hamilton 

• Entry fee to VNZ: $150

  • (Team fee is $1,345 split across 8–9 players ≈ $150 per player. (have applied for sponsorship but don't know if will get)

They can do all meals and vans so still best option and with new motorway they say 20 minutes to courts.
