We are thrilled to announce that you have been selected to represent the Volley South region at the 2025 Volleyball New Zealand Inter-Provincial Championship in Wellington!

This is a significant achievement and we’re incredibly proud of your dedication and talent. We can’t wait to see you take the court and represent our region at a national level.

🗓️ Important Tour Information

Tour Manager: Donz Milne

Dates: Friday 30 May – Tuesday 3 June 2025

Travel Departure – Friday 30 May

• Invercargill & Southland athletes: Meet at ILT Stadium Southland at 6:30 AM to catch the bus(tbc)  to Queenstown Airport.

• Winton & Lumsden athletes: We will pick you up along the route (unless advised otherwise).

• Roxburgh, Arrowtown & Queenstown athletes: Please be at Queenstown Airport by 8:45 AM.

Travel Return – Tuesday 3 June TO BE CONFIMRED 

• Arrival at Queenstown Airport: Flights arrive at either 10:40 AM or 3:20 PM (TBC).

• Invercargill & Southland return: Bus (tbc) depart Queenstown Airport at 2:30 PM or 7:00 PM (TBC).

• Winton & Lumsden: Drop-off along return route Maybe

• Roxburgh, Arrowtown & Queenstown: Parents, please collect athletes at Queenstown Airport at the confirmed time.

⛔ Note: It is mandatory for all players to travel and stay with the team for the entire trip. No exceptions.

💸 Trip Costs & Fundraising

Volley South will cover the costs of all staff and volunteers. These expenses are not passed on to athletes.

What Your Contribution Helps Cover:

• Return flights (Queenstown ↔ Wellington)

• 4 nights’ accommodation in proper hotel beds- TBC could be three

• Buffet-style dinners (Fri–Mon)

• Cooked & continental breakfasts (Sat–Tues) TBC

• Daily lunches (Sat–Tues) TBC

• Tournament entry & VNZ membership fees

• Playing tops

• Laundry services

• First aid & courtside nutrition
