Terms and Conditions of Entry – Volley South Competitions 2026

By entering a team in any Volley South competition, schools and participants agree to the following:

1. Compliance: All schools, teams, coaches, managers, and participants must comply with the Volley South Constitution, policies, processes, and all applicable codes of conduct.

2. Team Lists Deadline Final team lists, including coaches and managers, must be submitted no later than 10 February 2026. Teams without completed lists by this date may be withdrawn from the competition.

3. Outstanding Invoice.s No team may compete if the school has outstanding invoices from the 2025 season. All accounts must be settled in full prior to participation being confirmed.

4. Eligibility All coaches and managers must be eligible members of Volley South in accordance with the Constitution. Individuals whose membership has ceased or been terminated are not permitted to participate in any capacity.
