Volley South Summer Indoor Volleyball League 2026 – Invercargill

Join Volley South for another exciting Summer Indoor Volleyball League at ILT Stadium Southland. Whether you're new to volleyball, looking for a fun social competition, or chasing quality competitive matches, there's a division for everyone.
Played on Wednesday evenings, this six-week competition is designed to work alongside the secondary school season, allowing youth players to represent their school before joining their community team for evening competition.

Each team is guaranteed one match per week.

Divisions
Teams will be graded into divisions based on experience and competitiveness to ensure enjoyable and balanced matches.
Rookies
Perfect for new players, social teams and those wanting a relaxed competition.
Renegades
Ideal for developing teams looking for quality competitive volleyball.
Rivals
For experienced and competitive teams wanting strong, challenging matches.
All divisions play 40-minute matches.
Match Format
- 40-minute matches
- Best of 3 sets
- Timed sets
- Games start promptly on the whistle
- Teams must be courtside and ready before their scheduled game time
This format keeps the competition running on time while providing fast-paced, enjoyable volleyball every week.
Duty & Referees
To help keep entry fees affordable and make the competition easier for teams, Volley South will provide the duty person for the league.

Team Capacity
The competition is limited to 24 teams.
